Social Media/Marketing Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Assistant. The ideal candidate must have an artistic eye and some knowledge of interior design and construction. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives business growth and brand awareness. Duties: - Develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, web page, and display marketing. - Analyze campaign performance and adjust marketing strategies accordingly - Conduct market research to identify new marketing opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. - Collaborate with management and the sales team to develop targeted marketing initiatives that drive leads and brand. - Design and create visually appealing marketing materials, including print and social media graphics. - Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI - Photograph kitchens and bath projects for use in media Qualifications - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. - Proficiency in SEO, Social media marketing, and Digital marketing - Strong photography skills - Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize ad spending for maximum ROI. - Excellent communication and leadership abilities - Familiarity with Email marketing and Marketing automation - The ability to create visually appealing marketing materials. - Knowledge of print advertising and the ability to design effective print ads.
