Sketchup Interior Designer Specialist

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented SketchUp Interior Designer Specialist to join our creative team. Duties • Develop accurate and visually engaging 3D models of interior spaces using SketchUp, ensuring alignment with client specifications and project requirements • Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents utilizing Sketchup • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to refine design concepts and ensure seamless project execution • Incorporate color theory, lighting design principles, and material selections into visualizations to enhance spatial ambiance • Prepare comprehensive presentations using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to communicate design ideas effectively • Assist in budgeting, contract management, and procurement processes related to interior renovation projects • Support construction teams during remodeling phases by providing drafting revisions and on-site visualization as needed Skills • Proficiency in SketchUp is essential for creating detailed 3D interior models and visualizations • Strong knowledge of Bluebeam for markup, editing, and managing construction documents • Experience with Sketchup for drafting and modeling complex interior designs • Skilled in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for rendering high-quality presentations • Solid understanding of drafting standards, CAD workflows, and construction documentation processes • Knowledge of interior design principles including color theory, lighting sales, remodeling techniques, and space planning • Familiarity with project management practices such as budgeting, contracts administration, and client communication • Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines including lighting design, renovation projects, and construction schedules Join us as a SketchUp Interior Designer Specialist if you’re eager to bring innovative interior visions to life through cutting-edge technology!
