Shop Supervisor - Interiors

Key Responsibilities The Shop Supervisor - Interiors will oversee the day-to-day activities of the interior shop, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to safety protocols. This individual will manage shop personnel, assign tasks, and monitor progress. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the development of new vendors and purchasing materials, as well as conducting regular performance evaluations. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, enabling them to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently. They will also be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
