Custom Decorators has an immediate Part-time opportunity for experienced design & sales professionals to partner with us as in-home custom window treatment Designers. This includes interior blinds, shades, shutters, drapery & outdoor roller shades. Successful Designers that work for our company come from the following backgrounds: Interior design, window treatment sales, flooring sales, closet design, kitchen & bath remodels, and other home-investment & remodeling services. Independent design company owners who are looking to expand their business. Our partnerships with top-tier retailers provide a source of hassle-free, no-cost quality leads. Excellent sales and customer service skills. Extensive knowledge of the merchandise sold (training is provided). Ability to anticipate customer's needs through following an industry-proven sales process. Ability to recommend products to customers to meet their specific in-home design needs. Willingness to learn and participate in professional training & development opportunities to increase your sales performance. Experience using CRM and data systems (e.g., Salesforce) required. Basic computer skills, scanning, downloading/uploading to a website, emails. Periods of standing and walking throughout the in-home and retail spaces. Training & onboarding compensation provided for this commissioned position with the company.
