Senior Service Designer

A company is looking for a Senior Service Designer to design end-to-end journeys of employee-facing services using human-centered methods. Key Responsibilities Facilitate the creation of aligned strategic visions and build roadmaps using insights from partner departments Analyze policies and organizational dynamics impacting service delivery and support transitions across tools and processes Advocate for service design, establish standards, and lead early project stages while facilitating discovery Required Qualifications 7+ years of relevant professional experience Bachelor's degree in Design, Service Design, HCI, or a related field; Master's degree preferred Experience solving complex design / tech problems using systems thinking Ability to lead projects autonomously and justify design decisions using research Strong facilitation and workshop leadership skills
