Lead Residential Design Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the design of transformative residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering creative, client-centered designs that exceed expectations. About the Role This is a client-facing design position where your ideas, point of view, and aesthetic vision directly shape the outcome of each remodel or addition. You will work closely with clients to translate their lifestyle, needs, and preferences into functional, beautiful spaces. Key Responsibilities • Design residential projects from concept through construction completion. • Collaborate closely with clients to develop detailed drawings, material selections, and specifications. • Prepare and present design presentations to clients. • Mentor and support junior designers. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: • A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. • 5+ years of residential interior design experience. • A strong portfolio showcasing creative, client-centered residential design work. • Proficiency in design software such as Chief Architect, SketchUp, AutoCAD.
