Senior Residential Designer

Residential Project Designer Position \ Form and function are essential in architecture, and we're looking for a skilled designer to join our team. This full-time position is focused on residential projects, with occasional involvement in commercial and state projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CAD. \ • Collaborate with designers and architects on residential projects from concept through construction • Create detailed drawings, plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations • Assist in preparing construction documents and coordinating with consultants • Participate in client meetings and occasional site visits • Learn and use Revit software, with training provided \ Requirements: \ • Degree in Architecture, Drafting, Interior Design, or related field • 5+ years of professional experience (residential experience preferred) • Strong design sensibility and attention to detail • Proficiency in CAD; Revit experience is a plus (but not required) • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills \ Details: \ • Full-time position in Asheville, NC • Salary and benefits TBD based on experience
