Job Title: Senior Project Interior Design Lead Leverage your interior design expertise to manage projects and lead a team of designers in creating innovative and functional spaces. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with senior project managers to establish project staffing needs and team requirements. • Develop solutions and create project designs and plans, including presentation and design drawings. • Participate in the design control of projects, ensuring adherence to design development, documentation, specification, and supervision phases. • Provide direction to lower-level interior designers, overseeing employee utilization, performance reviews, goal setting, and intern development. • Maintain contact with trade organizations and product representatives to stay up-to-date on current material and product requirements. Required Qualifications: • Design degree from an accredited institution. • Registration as an Architect or Interior Designer. • Professional certification (e.g., LEED AP, CSI). • Strong communication and project management skills. Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
