Project Director Role Overview: This senior-level position oversees complex architectural and interiors projects from inception to completion. • Direct project execution, client partnerships, team mentorship, and quality assurance • Manage project timelines, resources, and teams • Develop project proposals, negotiate contracts, and monitor financial performance • Oversee design development, construction administration, and project closeout • Mentor and supervise staff, contribute to organizational standards, and participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives Requirements: • Substantial experience in managing architectural or interior architecture projects • Proven ability to lead projects from planning through project delivery • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design (or related field) • Professional certification preferred (CID, ASID, LEED AP, Architect)
