Senior Project Designer

A company is looking for a Sr. Project Designer to develop design documents and drawings to meet client requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead the interior design effort for complex projects and support quality review of design deliverables Execute the full design process from initial sketches to construction documentation Produce design presentations and participate in internal and consultant meetings Required Qualifications Minimum of four years of design experience in the commercial real estate market Bachelor's degree from a CIDA accredited institution in a related field or equivalent qualifications Experience in coordinating with specialty consultants, including Audio Visual Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while working independently Strong leadership skills to guide and delegate work to team members
