LOOKING FOR: DMHA Architecture + Interiors is growing and looking for a Senior
Project Architect for our growing firm in Santa Barbara, California. We are
seeking an experienced senior project architect to provide leadership and
technical guidance to our project teams. The ideal candidate should have
substantial experience in all aspects of project development, experience
directing project teams, a license to practice architecture in the U.S. and
(15) or more years of experience. Visual communication skills, both by hand
and on the computer are required. As an integral part of our firm, the
individual will work both independently and collaboratively within the project
team. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
Proficiency with developing drawings in Revit are required. Project types
include commercial, hospitality, and single and multi-family residential

www.dmhaa.com. WHAT YOU BRING: • 15+ years experience. • Licensure as an
Architect within the United States. • Experience with multiple project types.
• An extensive portfolio. • Highly versed in technical documentation. •
Experience managing project teams. • Proficiency or expertise with
interpretation and conformance to IBC codes and how that translates into
project detailing. • Coordinating and detailing the design – making the
project buildable. • Communication skills for lower staff in terms of
direction and redlining documentation. • Jurisdictional experience. • An
understanding of construction assemblies and best practices. • Building
systems specifications. • Experience managing and interacting with clients. •
Construction Administration. • 2-3 years of Revit experience. • Capable of
serving as main point of project contact. • Able to manage project workflow
