What We Need:
We are seeking a licensed interior designer with a minimum of 10 years working actively as an Interior Designer. The Senior Interior Designer needs to have an in-depth knowledge of high-end product brands for Interiors. Luxury Residential design experience, with Hospitality experience, is preferred.
Strong desire to contribute and collaborate with the design team towards layered and engaging presentations across various mediums. This includes developing mood boards, 3-D modeling (using REVIT), CAD drawings, conducting image research, selecting materials, selecting high-end furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and performing other related tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
• NCIDQ Licensed
• Minimum of 10 years experience in High-End Residential Design and or Boutique Hospitality projects.
• Strong Design and Presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
• Must be a team player as well as comfortable working independently.
• Ability to take initiative, prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines as well as delegate within the office.
• Extremely organized, proactive and diligent.
• Understanding of furniture, millwork, and cabinetry construction, detailing, and related shop drawing review process.
• Ability to develop and track budgets, purchase orders, etc.
• Acute, and unapologetic attention to Detail.
• Must have Proficiency in: Revit; Adobe Photoshop; AutoCAD; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and SketchUp.
