Senior Interior Designer (Residential)

• **APPLICANTS: Residential interior design experience with a high end design firm in the US is required to apply. We are also accepting applications for Intermediate Level Designer (5+ years experience). This position is based in San Francisco, CA. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to the area. This is not a remote or hybrid role.*** ABOUT THE FIRM Studio Bloom is representing an acclaimed interior design firm located in San Francisco, CA with exciting projects spread throughout the Bay Area, Lake Tahoe, Hawaii and beyond. Our client specializes in high-end residential projects, with an emphasis on modern architecture and custom detailing. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include but are not limited to: • Oversee a strategic area of business development for the firm. • Advise Principal on operations and logistics for the firm. • Contribute to continuing design education and development of all team members • Work directly with Principal to design and manage projects • Lead teams through all phases of projects: programming client needs, conceptual design, design development, purchasing + production, project management, and installation • Source furnishings + artwork, as well as design custom pieces • Coordinate directly with clients to keep projects running smoothly and on time • Work with vendors and artists to keep projects running smoothly and on time • Contribute to the firm in a way that pushes us to constantly elevate our work and our style QUALIFICATIONS • 8+ years experience (We are also considering Intermediate Level Designers with 5+ years of experience) • Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite • Proficiency in construction documents and details • Proficiency in purchasing systems • Strong visual communication style • Strong sense of organization and professionalism • Contribute to the firm in a way that pushes us to constantly elevate our work and our style • Valid license with reliable transportation SCHEDULE & BENEFITS • Full time, salaried onsite position • Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (no overtime) • PTO (4 weeks) • Holidays • Health Insurance Contribution • 401(k) matching TO APPLY No phone calls or walk-ins, interested candidates are to contact Studio Bloom (recruiter) directly for consideration.
