Senior Interior Designer | Team Lead

Are you an experienced Interior Designer that is ready to lead and inspire? As a Senior Interior Designer and Team Lead, you’ll guide a talented design team to make a significant impact on projects in a variety of commercial market sector projects. Position Overview: As a Senior Interior Designer, you’ll drive the development of design concepts from start to finish, partake in client presentations and project pursuit, mentor a small team of designers, coordinate with project stakeholders, and ensure cohesive and innovative interior designs! This is an opportunity to advance in your career by leading a small team of interior designers while showcasing your design skills. What You Will Do: • Work alongside Studio Leaders and Principals to establish goals and objectives • Provides design direction and support on projects in a variety of commercial markets • Participates in project pursuit while managing the client relationship • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their professional development Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture or equivalent • 10+ years of commercial interior design experience • Project Management experience a plus • Strong design sense and design portfolio • Passion for mentoring others • LEED accreditation and experience with sustainable projects a plus • NCIDQ and/or CID certification • Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Suite, and Enscape, with a focus on 3D presentations If you’re a Senior Interior Designer that is interested in being part of a leadership team that wins work, then championing the design concepts, spearheading the design deliverable, mentoring the junior interior designers, and ensuring successful project outcomes – we want to hear from you!
