Senior Interior Designer

**Overview:** Spire Design Studio is a nationally recognized, award-winning full-service interior design and construction firm based in Englewood, CO. We specialize in Model Home Merchandising and Multi-Family commercial/amenity spaces, and we're seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer to join our team. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for managing various commercial and model home related projects, collaborating with the design team, and overseeing the successful execution of projects. **Responsibilities:** • Manage day-to-day tasks related to interior design projects, including designing concepts, developing detailed plans, selecting FF&E materials, and coordinating with contractors • Collaborate with the design team, conduct client meetings, and assist the Design Director as needed • Oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their desired ambiance and designing a comprehensive plan to bring the space to life • *Qualifications:** • Associate's degree (or higher) in Interior Design • Proven experience in interior design, with a focus on Model Home Merchandising and Multi-family commercial/amenity spaces preferred • 3-5+ years experience in FF&E selections • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, as well as Microsoft suite programs • Strong understanding of space planning principles and overall good sense of design • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and individually • *Benefits:** • Medical and Dental Insurance • Discounted vision plan • Paid vacation time off • 11+ Holiday pay annually • Personal use of travel benefits and reward programs • Use of company vehicles for job-related travel • Mileage reimbursement • Casual and pet-friendly office environment • Potential for yearly bonuses and incentives
