Job Overview: We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing interior design projects that meet our clients' needs and vision. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity and design skills in a dynamic work environment. • *Responsibilities:** This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Commercial Interior Designer at Forward Tilt. The Creative Commercial Interior Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including creative interior design work, space planning, conceptual design, rendering, spec packages, etc. The role involves collaborating with clients to understand their interior design needs, creating visually appealing concepts, and developing designs that align with their brand and objectives for their space. - Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget constraints for interior design projects - Develop design concepts that align with clients' goals and vision - Create detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D models using software such as CET, Revit, CAD, and Adobe Creative Suite - Select appropriate materials, colors, furniture, and lighting to enhance the space - Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in interior design • *Skills/Qualifications:** - Creative design in interiors and or furniture design - Proficiency in creating visually appealing design - Experience in interior design, this is a highly creative role - Experience in CET, Revit, CAD, BLUEBEAM and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus - Strong task management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines - Knowledge of contract specifications and ability to work within budget constraints - Experience in renovating spaces while adhering to building codes and regulations - Understanding of color theory and its application in interior design - Sales skills to pitch design concepts effectively to clients - Familiarity with Adobe software for creating visual presentations - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field If you are a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for transforming spaces into stunning environments, we invite you to apply for this exciting Interior Designer position.
