Senior Interior Designer Location: Santa Fe Job Description You will be responsible for: Composing vibe boards and gathering images to establish the look and feel for a project Meeting with clients onsite and in office setting, working with vendors and subcontractors Making all interior selections and communicating selections through various documentation including finish schedules Selecting and specifying lighting, furnishings, hardware, floor/window coverings, materials, and finishes Assisting CAD drafter with the production of construction documents & drawings, including floor plans, elevations, RCP, etc. Preparing design boards and deliverables for client presentations Completing work at a pace that meets and exceeds client expectations Job Requirements Must meet all of the following requirements: A minimum of 5+ years of interior design experience Produce quality renderings by hand Strong design & presentation skills are essential Strong knowledge of building materials and the building process Knowledge of interior design trade resources and vendors Personal Vehicle and Cellphone Candidate ideally will have the following experience: Strong knowledge with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, REVIT, 3D Software such as 3D Studio Max, Viz 2006, Cinema 4D Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and shift gears with unexpected changes in daily tasks Advanced knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models BA in Interior Design This job is ideal for someone who has: Strong understanding of building materials and finishes and familiar with building standards and code requirements.
