Senior Interior Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing visually appealing and functional spaces that meet the needs of our clients. Responsibilities: - Design interior spaces for clients, ensuring that they meet their needs and preferences. - Conduct site visits to assess the condition of the space and determine the best design approach. - Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that designs are feasible and meet building codes. - Develop detailed design plans, including lighting design, using software such as Sketchup, Revit, and Bluebeam. - Source and specify materials, finishes, and furniture for projects. - Manage budgets and costs to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. - Identify and troubleshoot design problems and propose solutions. - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and ensure that they are satisfied with the final design. Qualifications: - A degree in interior design and/or Sketchup - Minimum 3 years experience - Strong knowledge of design principles, materials, and finishes. - Proficiency in design software, including Sketchup, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Excellent communication and project management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful spaces. - Strong sales skills and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences. - Familiarity with budgeting and cost estimation. - A commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines.
