We are seeking a talented, experienced, and established Senior Interior Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing projects from programming and concept development through project completion. You will collaborate closely with clients and teammates to create interiors that align with our clients’ vision and brand identity.
Our ideal candidate is a positive, detail-oriented self-starter who feels at home keeping multiple projects moving through every phase of the design process. Beyond the baseline creative and technical skills, we are looking for someone who is energized by maintaining and growing professional relationships. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design from a CIDA-accredited university required
• NCIDQ certification preferred
• 7+ years of professional experience in a commercial architecture or interior design firm, preferably in Austin
• Experience with Corporate, Retail, and Medical design required
• Experience with Education (High Ed. And K-12), Multi-family and Hospitality a plus
• Experience independently managing projects through all phases
• Proficient working knowledge in Revit required
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Very strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of an effective team, both leading and supporting.
• Demonstrated competency in interior design specifications, industry standards, and application of building codes
