Position: Senior Interior Designer with Drafting and Visualization Focus
Location: Norcross, GA
About Us:
ADG Studio is renowned for our exceptional design concepts and meticulous attention to detail. We specialize in planning and executing high-end residential interiors, full turnkey house projects, and unique commercial ventures including multi-family housing and hospitality spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements.
· Develop design concepts and present ideas through sketches, mood boards, and renderings.
· Proficiently draft in 3D using AutoCAD and generate detailed drawings for construction and fabrication.
· Create professional still shots and videos using Lumion for realistic rendering and visualization.
· Utilize Revit for project planning and coordination.
· Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
· Source materials, furniture, and accessories from European manufacturers.
· Comfortably convert metric measurements to inches as needed for project requirements.
· Deep understanding of cabinet construction techniques and usage of hardware (drawer systems, hinges, built-in lighting).
· Knowledge of preparing electrical, plumbing, and lighting locations for appliances, sinks, and accessories.
· Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to execute designs seamlessly.
· Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field.
· Proven experience of at least 2 years in planning and designing high-end interiors.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD for 3D drafting, Revit for project planning, and Lumion for rendering.
· Familiarity with European manufacturers and ability to work with metric measurements.
· Ability to convert metric measurements to inches comfortably.
· Deep understanding of cabinet construction techniques and usage of hardware (drawer systems, hinges, built-in lighting).
· Knowledge of preparing electrical, plumbing, and lighting locations for appliances, sinks, and accessories.
· Strong creative and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
