Senior Interior Designer / Project Manager

We are a boutique Interior Design firm in Coral Gables with 40 years of experience in the high-end residential and commercial market. We are looking for a senior level Interior Designer with project management experience and the ability to lead within our design team. Applicant must be organized, efficient and have the ability to multitask. Applicant must have a strong work ethic. Applicant must... be a team player. Applicant must be proficient with Autocad. QUALIFICATIONS • Punctual, with a professional demeanor • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines • A bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or a related field • Knowledge of FF&E, interior finishes, lighting, color and materials to carryout design intent • Experience with spec sheets, elevations, presentation boards, etc. • Ability to visit a job site and communicate properly with the office • Ability to interact with clients and vendors. • Autocad required. • Written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong in time management. • A team player • Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
