Its portfolio spans various typologies, including hospitality, commercial interiors, multifamily residences, mixed-use developments, senior living communities, educational facilities, retail spaces, and more. With a diverse team exceeding 65 members across multiple offices, the firm is primed for expansion. Presently, they are seeking to expand their Fort Worth team of 6 by appointing an interior designer with over 7 years of experience, specifically in hospitality and commercial projects. This role presents an opportunity for individuals to join a dynamic team and contribute to exciting projects in a thriving market. Role & Responsibilities • Concept design and design development • Involvement in oversight of project scope, schedule, budget, and timeline of projects • Space planning and test fits • Technical and production work from SD to CA phase for a variety of sized projects • FF&E selection, bid packages, and specifications • Site visits and RFI reviews. Required Skills & Experience • 7+ years of industry experience with involvement in hospitality and commercial projects • Degree qualified in Interior Design or similar • Licenced interior design and NCIDQ certification preferred • Revit and Bluebeam experience required; AutoCAD, SketchUp, Deltek, Spec Source, and Adobe Suite strongly preferred • FF&E and on-site experience.
