The Interior Designer Candidate will work closely with the Principal Designer and the... Design Team to stage, design, and furnish the interiors of residential homes. The ideal Candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in interior design, above-average computer skills, experience with Revit, Photoshop, or AutoCAD, and a strong attention to detail. The candidate will also be confident in working with high-end clients and have the ability to manage orders and shipments. www.DebraAckerbloom.com Pay & Holiday Pay • Pay is commensurate with experience. • 15 Paid Days Off - 10 Vacation Days & 5 National Holidays. • Based on 5 day work weeks & full time employment. Guideline of Responsibilities • Provide Principal Designer with sourcing and preparation of all aspects design presentations and project support. • Assist in design selections for Residential Design Projects. • Assist in deliveries with staging on Residential Design Projects. • Formulate designs that are aesthetic and conducive to the client. • Maintain client, vendor, and consultant relationships. • Prepare CAD/Revit and documentation for client presentation as needed. • Travel to jobsites to supervise/assist with coordination of deliveries and installations. Skills/Requirements • Ability to collaborate with team members and follow instructions • Creative talent, imagination, and eye for design. • Project management skills. • Proficiency with Revit or AutoCad, required. • Deadline and detail-oriented. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Punctual, reliable and professional attire is essential. • 2 years proven working experience in interior design. • A professional degree in Interior Design or related discipline - BA or BFA required. • Clean driving license, no arrest.
