Senior Interior Designer

Luxury design/build firm has an immediate opening for an experienced residential Senior Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years professional interior and architectural design experience, including cabinet and furniture design, in high end residential construction. This primary duties of this position are... • Oversee multiple design projects from conception to completion working directly with clients selecting interior finishes and details. • Collaborate with the in house architects providing renderings for clients, as well as creating electrical and plumbing drawings to present to subcontractors for installation. • Create Client Change Orders and corresponding contracts to the suppliers and subcontractors. • Assist in coordination of installs, job site visits and walk throughs, and weekly client meetings. Our office can be very fast paced, with a lot of moving parts, so excellent organization and communication skills are a must. Experience with Auto CAD Required. Preference given to candidates with Revit experience.
