Senior Interior Designer

High-End Residential Interior Design Firm is looking to fill a Senior Interior Designer position. Candidate MUST have 5+ years prior experience managing projects independently in the interior design field. The ideal candidate will have a distinct design sensibility and be extremely organized, highly self-motivated, experienced in managing multiple projects and an excellent communicator. The... Ideal Candidate: • Will have experience managing a project from design development through installation • Will have experience designing, drawing and producing custom furniture, millwork and lighting Responsibilities will include: • Preparing for and attending client and site meetings • Creating and maintaining budgets and project schedules • Sourcing materials and furniture that are cohesive to the design aesthetic of the project • Creating furniture plans and drawings for custom furniture and lighting. • Coordinating and managing outside vendors for installations • Generating of purchase orders and invoices • Placing and following up on orders • Generating of purchase orders and invoices Requirements: • AutoCad • Adobe Create Suite • MS Office • Design Manager (or similar program) • Eligibility to work in the US Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off Schedule: • 10 hour shift • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
