For more information, please visit: http://www.premierconstruction.com Full Benefits package including • Blue Cross Blue Shield medical insurance, Delta Dental & vision • 401(k) with employer match • 16 days of vacation time with more added at milestone anniversary Responsibilities • Facilitate meetings with both small and large clients to assess their project needs • Visualize client’s business needs, create and articulate architectural space plan designs. • Ability to create complete design-build construction drawings for interior build-out projects. • Manage the client, team, and project coordination on your assigned projects, in most cases full drawing documentation. • Participate in Business Development, writing proposals and the interview process. • Ability to mentor, motivate and lead others • Prepare for team and client meetings and presentations, including preparation of graphics and 3D renderings • Work with in-house construction team on construction administrative tasks • Field measuring • Miscellaneous administrative duties as required Qualifications: • 6-10 years of experience with an architectural or interiors firm • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture from an accredited college/university • Strong space planning skills on large projects a must • Highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD • Strong rendering ability - Photoshop, Illustrator, Revit • Proficient in the use of InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. • Detail oriented, creative, self-motivated, and flexible • Ability to take direction and collaborate with a team • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment • Strong understanding of finishes and furniture systems • Strong communication skills with the ability to listen to a client and their needs • Desire to work on all phases of a project: Concept to Completion • Ability to stand behind your work and sell it • Capable of traveling to and from local client meeting
