Senior Interior Designer with Project Management Skills Position Overview... We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer who possesses a strong background in project management. This role requires a creative individual who can lead projects from conception through completion, ensuring that all design elements meet our high standards of quality and innovation. Key Responsibilities: • Lead interior design projects, including conceptual development, space planning, and execution of design concepts. • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. • Create and present design proposals, including 3D renderings and material boards, to clients and stakeholders. • Oversee the selection and procurement of materials, furniture, and fixtures. • Supervise the installation of design elements, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards. • Mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support in their professional development. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies, incorporating innovative design solutions into projects. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful project management. • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of residential and commercial projects. • Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering software. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and convincingly. • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and sustainability practices. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $64,419.76 - $77,580.78 per year Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
