Previous works include multifamily residential buildings, mixed-use, workplace, commercial, and urban design. The team has a passion for creating unique spaces with a strong narrative and pulls inspiration from a diverse range of sources. Due to expansion, they are now seeking a Senior Interior Designer with 8+ years of experience to join the team on a full-time basis working from their office near the Garment District. Role & Responsibilities • Assist in concept design and development • Development and delivery of client presentations • FF&E selection, specification, and procurement • Technical design and production • Liaise with clients, vendors, and consultants. Required Skills & Experience • 8+ years of industry experience, with exposure to multifamily and/or mixed-use projects • Degree qualified in Interior Design or Architecture, NCIDQ desirable • FF&E experience, including specifications and procurement • Revit, Rhino, Enscape, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency • Experience on large-scale projects from CD to DD phase.
