Candidate will be responsible for all aspects of interior design projects including but not limited to :  Leading multiple projects from conception through installation.  Confidently making and communicating design decisions for high-end residential projects.  Collaborating with clients, as well as owner/principal designer, junior designer, office personnel, contractors, and developers on multiple projects.  Leading excellent presentations and preparing in advance for client meetings by coordinating documents, materials, and all aspects of the design meeting.  Researching, sourcing, pricing, and creating specifications for materials from multiple vendors.  Maintaining project specifications, timelines, and budgets.  Tracking all project tasks, status’, time billing, and issues and updating schedules or checklist daily.  Managing installations through preparation in advance, checklists, and on-site activities
