About this role

Overview The Senior Project Manager independently leads large-scale luxury residential projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for execution, coordination and problem-solving across complex builds, acting as the primary driver of momentum and accountability. Core Responsibilities · Independently manage multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously · Own project timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables · Coordinate with architects, builders, vendors, and fabricators · Lead client communication with clarity and professionalism · Anticipate risks and solve problems before escalation is required · Maintain accurate documentation, approvals, meeting notes, and decision logs · Partner closely with the Managing Director and Senior Designer · Support and guide Operational PMs as needed Leadership Expectations · Operate with confidence, preparation and decisiveness · Reduce ambiguity by bringing solutions not questions · Mentor junior PMs or support staff as needed · Uphold studio standards across all interactions Measures of Success · Projects move forward independently, efficiently and predictably · Clients feel confident, well-managed and see the value add · Minimal escalation to leadership · Strong collaboration with design and operations teams · Leadership receives clear, prepared information Requirements · 4+ years experience in high-end residential design or architecture-focused studios · Ability to independently lead a large residential project from the date the agreement is signed until the final detail is placed and the client declares the project is fully wrapped · Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and PowerPoint · Clear, polished communication and presentation skills · Ability to manage expectations, troubleshoot and anticipate problems before they arise · Ability to travel to and from job sites, lift and carry light to medium size loads (up to 20 lbs) on occasion Please submit a cover letter with your resume.
