Senior Interior Designer, Interior Architecture

Interior Designer Position We are seeking a modern, luxury-focused designer with extensive experience in the design & build industry, specializing in high-end kitchen and bathroom projects. Responsibilities: • Guide clients through the material selection process. • Create visually stunning and practical interior layouts. • Select and source materials including tile, cabinetry, flooring, countertops, and color palettes. • Produce detailed floor plans and interior renderings using 2020, SketchUp, and AutoCAD. • Coordinate with the construction team to ensure accurate implementation of design elements. • Create mood boards and material samples for client presentations. • Stay current on industry trends, product lines, and design innovations. • Visit job sites as needed to ensure design quality and consistency. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, preferably in residential remodeling. • Proficient in 2020 Design, SketchUp, and AutoCAD. • Strong knowledge of material selection (tile, cabinetry, flooring, paint, etc.). • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and functionality. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. • Interior Design degree or certification preferred.
