Senior Interior Designer Role • Lead the interior design process from programming through construction administration, ensuring design excellence and alignment with project goals. • Develop and articulate compelling design concepts through sketches, presentations, and material palettes that communicate a clear design narrative. • Lead client presentations and design workshops, building strong relationships, and guiding clients through design decisions with clarity and confidence. Mentor and inspire junior interior design staff, fostering creativity, curiosity, and professional growth.
