Senior Interior Designer, Interior Architecture

Job Summary Ci Design, Inc. seeks a dynamic Senior Interior Designer to join our growing architectural firm. As a senior member of our team, you will lead design initiatives and leverage your extensive experience in shaping significant interior design endeavors. Key Responsibilities • Establish project schedules, deliverables, and define necessary staff resources. • Assist and lead the ideation, conceptualization, and schematic design development of various commercial interior design projects. • Lead and direct the design, production, construction documentation, and FF&E phases throughout the lifecycle of a project. • Coordinate design deliverables with various professional services including Architectural, MEP, and Lighting consultants as applicable throughout the lifecycle of a project. • Follow project schedule and standard drafting practices, and reviews standard reference sources to accomplish design intent, and concise construction documents. • Reviews completed drawings for conformance to project program, specifications, approved practices, standards, and building codes as applicable governing the design work. • Performs Construction Administration, reviews RFIs, project submittals, and performs project site visits as needed. • Design, select, specify and develop full FF&E design packages for various commercial/hospitality projects. • Manages, mentors, and leads junior interior design staff during all phases of work as applicable for each project. • Serves as contact liaison with the client and project team, ensuring project completion on schedule, within budget, and with maximum client satisfaction.
