About this role

Senior Hospitality Interior Designer – Luxury F&B + Hotel Projects Confidential client – Atlanta-based studio with a national reputation for design excellence I’m representing a highly regarded design studio recognised for creating some of the most memorable hospitality and F&B spaces across the U.S. They’re looking to welcome a Senior Interior Designer who thrives on collaboration, creativity, and bringing extraordinary concepts to life — from the first sketch through to completion. This is a senior, hands-on role within an award-winning multidisciplinary team, offering the opportunity to lead projects of real depth and distinction. You’ll oversee the design intent, mentor junior designers, liaise with clients, and ensure the seamless delivery of projects that are as functional as they are inspiring. Key Responsibilities • Lead interior design direction across multiple hospitality projects — ensuring design integrity, accuracy, and consistency throughout. • Oversee project teams, managing deadlines, FF&E budgets, and quality standards. • Engage confidently with clients to present concepts and guide them through design development. • Collaborate with senior leadership and project managers to define scope, budgets, and schedules. • Produce and coordinate detailed documentation — from millwork and finishes to furnishings and specifications. • Partner with procurement teams to develop FF&E budgets and timelines. • Mentor and inspire junior team members, fostering professional growth and maintaining a supportive studio culture. • Contribute to business development and proposal efforts as needed. About You • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited program. • Registered Interior Designer or Architect preferred. • 10+ years of professional experience within luxury hospitality and/or high-end F&B design. • Strong conceptual and technical design skills, with an ability to deliver complete, coordinated drawing sets. • Excellent communication, client presentation, and team leadership abilities. • Proficiency in relevant design software. • Knowledge of building codes and systems. • Cruise ship experience a plus, but not essential. This is a standout opportunity for a senior designer ready to take ownership of world-class hospitality projects within a respected, design-led studio that values both creativity and precision.
