If you have strong design and technical skills, excel at building client relationships and are ready to lead projects from concept to completion, you'll fit right in. You'll serve as a design leader for interior projects, guiding concepts from programming to final documentation. Lead and facilitate programming meetings, balancing design vision, budget and client priorities. Develop and present design concepts and materials to clients, providing clear options for decision-making. Oversee the quality and completeness of design documents to ensure alignment with project goals. Solve complex technical design issues and develop details that deliver on design intent. Prepare and review specifications to achieve best value for the client. Mentor junior interior designers, providing guidance on design, technical execution and professional growth. Build and maintain client relationships, representing FGM Architects at meetings, presentations and industry events.
