Senior Interior Designer

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Interior Designer to lead our US Interior Design Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing impactful interior design projects, mentoring project teams, and contributing to business development efforts. Key Responsibilities: • Lead all phases of the interior design process from concept to completion • Prepare schematic and conceptual design drawings, space plans, and presentation materials • Manage project scope, schedule, fee, and resourcing with a proactive approach • Coordinate with internal disciplines and external consultants to ensure seamless integration of interior design • Ensure compliance with building codes and construction standards • Specify and document FF&E selections, materials, and finishes • Oversee procurement, installation, and punchlist resolution Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field • 12+ years of experience as an interior designer in commercial, institutional, workplace, hospitality fields • Strong portfolio showcasing design excellence and project leadership • NCIDQ certification preferred • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino • Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and construction regulations • Motivated, accountable, collaborative, and passionate about design's impact What We Offer: • A rare opportunity to shape and grow a new interior design studio within a respected multidisciplinary practice • Support from engaged Partners and cross-disciplinary collaborators • Direct access to projects, clients, and business development opportunities • Flexibility to define your career path and studio culture • A purpose-driven environment rooted in design excellence, equity, and impact $110,000 - $150,000 a year.
