• Full-time/Permanent
• Hybrid remote in Dallas
We've spent the last 40 years becoming an award-winning global architecture, planning and interior design firm. Our services range from programming, urban planning, architectural design, space planning, interior architecture/design, graphic design, construction document production, construction observation, 3-D visualization and facilities move coordination.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and deliver conceptual design presentations
• Develop space planning concepts and generate program documents
• Source and specify FF&E materials, finishes, and furnishings
• Coordinate with manufacturer representatives, contractors, and consultants
• Conduct site visits and field verifications
• Process submittals, RFI's, and shop drawings during the CA phase
• Produce construction/millwork/furniture drawings, details and sections
• Develop and maintain client relationships
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in interior design, architecture or similar
• Hospitality project experience
• Revit familiarity
• Registration as an interior designer and/or architect is a plus
