Senior Interior Designer, Interior Architecture & Design Job at Integrated Archi

Integrated Architecture is currently seeking a creative, ambitious, qualified Senior Interior Designer with a minimum of ten years interior design experience for our Design Studio, working in office. Ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving and communication skills. Commercial experience required, some residential experience helpful. You must be able to synthesize client needs into excellent design while keeping project on budget and schedule. Tasks Partially Include Programming client needs, conceptual design, design development, and space planning Selection and presentation of furniture, fabrics, and equipment (FFE), color palettes, lighting, signage, and accessories Preparing budgets Preparing finish plans, specifications and material selections Maintaining good client and team communications Submit resume with cover letter on LinkedIn.
