Senior Interior Designer Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Supervisor to join our team at Floor & Decor Holdings, Inc. As a Design Supervisor, you will be responsible for training and developing the design team, driving sales, and ensuring customers have a positive sales experience by receiving exceptional customer service through design services. About You You should have a strong background in interior design, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be proficient in design applications, including Salesforce, proprietary Online Design Appointment Scheduler, MyProject, James Martin, and HousPro, and have a deep understanding of current and emerging design trends in your market. Responsibilities and Requirements • Build and maintain lasting relationships with residential and professional customers in the industry. • Hire and develop a dynamic and motivated design team, including performance evaluations. • Greet store customers in a helpful manner and support store design walk-in needs. • Manage multiple, simultaneous customer projects through all phases with high accuracy, timeliness, and follow-up. • Collaborate, partner, and communicate with store leadership and employees to manage projects from inquiry to installation, and achieve sales and other goals. • Engage in current and emerging design trends in your market, and understand and utilize design applications, including Salesforce, proprietary Online Design Appointment Scheduler, MyProject, James Martin, and HousPro. • Participate in local professional affiliations, such as ASID, NKBA, and perform other duties as assigned.
