Senior Interior Designer Project Manager

Lead Interior Designer We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client needs, developing projects from concept to completion, and collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors. About the Role The Lead Interior Designer will work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality design solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Key responsibilities include: • Developing project scope statements, including design objectives, timelines, and budgets • Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution • Creating detailed construction documents, including drawings, specifications, and schedules • Managing project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deadlines • Communicating effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners Requirements To succeed in this role, you must have: • A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture • At least 7 years of experience in interior design project management, preferably in multi-family developments • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills • Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite What We Offer We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
