About The Role:
A globally recognized interior design studio – celebrated for its timeless, curated approach to high-end interiors – is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join its expanding Miami team.
This award-winning firm specializes in luxury private residences, bespoke hospitality environments, and landmark mixed-use developments. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful and highly creative design professional who brings a refined aesthetic sensibility, strong technical acumen, and a passion for delivering elevated design solutions from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the creative development of luxury interior design projects, from initial concept through design development and documentation
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure the design vision is executed with clarity, quality, and precision
• Contribute to and guide the design narrative, spatial planning, material palettes, and FF&E selections
• Participate in and/or lead client presentations, internal reviews, and consultant meetings
• Oversee and mentor junior designers, helping shape their design thinking and execution
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of design and documentation
• Conduct site visits to monitor quality and ensure design intent is carried through to installation
Key Skills/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in high-end interior design, with a strong portfolio across luxury residential and/or hospitality sectors
• Exceptional eye for design, proportion, materiality, and detailing
• Strong experience developing concept presentations, mood boards, and FF&E schemes
• Proven ability to lead design packages through all project phases, including construction documentation and administration
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience
• A collaborative, professional, and proactive mindset; able to work independently and lead project teams with confidence
