Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Level II Interior Designer to join our interior design team in Orlando, FL. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day production of multifamily interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional quality. Key Responsibilities • Assist in project management, including coordinating with designers, managers, and other professionals • Design and develop multifamily interior design projects that meet client needs and deadlines • Interact with clients to understand their requirements and preferences • Cultivate strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution • Manage furniture budgets and coordinate installations • Develop innovative presentations using vendors and materials knowledge • Maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, specifications, and meeting minutes • Travel domestically for project meetings and annual company events Qualifications and Skills • Bachelor's degree in interior design or related field • Relevant experience in multifamily interior design, preferably with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency • Desirable skills include Bluebeam, Revit, and SketchUp • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills • Ability to develop collaborative relationships across the firm and with clients
