Senior Interior Design Specialist

Senior Interior Design Position We are seeking a senior-level interior designer to lead our design team in Glastonbury, CT. Job Responsibilities • Develop high-quality, innovative designs that align with the firm's core values. • Provide exceptional design capabilities and integrate all aspects of interior design, including programming, planning, conceptual design, design development, construction documents, and project execution. • Manage project schedules and budgets while leading a team in planning work and developing solutions to technical and design problems. Additional responsibilities include: • Directing, organizing, and mentoring junior team members. • Leading multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely completion. Requirements for this position include: • A bachelor's degree in interior design or architecture with a focus on interior architecture/interior design. • NCIDQ Certification or equivalent experience. • Strong knowledge of FF&E, space planning, manufacturers/dealers, specification writing, procurement processes, and project management.
