Senior Interior Design Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer/Project Manager to join our team at Lauren Nelson Design. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for leading high-end residential projects from concept to completion. Main Responsibilities: • Create and manage project schedules and furniture budgets • Design and develop custom furnishing designs and material schemes that meet client aesthetic and functional goals • Collaborate with contractors, clients, and vendors on creative solutions to design challenges • Oversee the construction process and ensure timely project completion • Prepare and manage project files, correspondence, and drawings • Manage and assist with project installations and styling Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture • 4-6 years of experience in residential interior design, including extensive renovations and new builds • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Google Workspace • Expertise in material sourcing and managing custom furnishings • Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously • Current driver's license with reliable transportation Work Environment: • Hybrid work arrangement with 2 days in office per week • Opportunity for growth and professional development • Tight-knit team environment
