Key Responsibilities: • Foster a collaborative design culture that drives innovation and excellence. • Promote QA/QC leadership across the firm, maintaining high standards in all project phases. • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, staffing, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and quality. • Serve as Project Manager on select projects, overseeing all aspects of project delivery. • Lead design standards, documentation, and proposal development to drive business growth. • Mentor and develop staff, fostering a strong, engaged team that delivers results. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Monitor financials, profitability, and project pipeline to inform business decisions.
