Experienced Cabinet Designer Job Opportunity We are seeking a skilled cabinet designer to join our retail team in Harrisburg, US. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing projects that our customers will love and excellent communication skills. You will be the main point of contact in-house to assist customers in product selection, create and present design proposals, finalize sales orders, and make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include lead generation, building relationships with new customers, resolving customer issues and concerns, and on-site measurements may be required. Key Responsibilities: • Communicate professionally with customers in person, over the phone, and through email • Create and design quality kitchens and bathrooms, and assist in selecting products and colors • Quote, close sales, and process orders • Build professional relationships with customers • Multitask multiple projects Requirements: • Minimum 3 years' experience in kitchen and bath design and sales • Minimum 2-year customer service experience • Experience with 2020 design software • Urgency to meet customer deadlines • High level of professionalism • Excellent customer service skills Working Conditions: This is a full-time position with some Saturday half-day rotation. Compensation is hourly plus commissions.
