Senior Interior Design Professional

Job Summary We are seeking an accomplished Senior Interior Design Professional to lead interior design efforts on higher education projects from concept through construction. About the Role This senior-level position involves collaborating with architects, consultants, and clients to develop integrated design solutions. Responsibilities include conducting programming, space planning, FF&E selection, and material specifications. You will also mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence. Requirements To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture, and have 8+ years of professional experience with a strong portfolio in higher education. Additional Requirements • NCIDQ certification is required. • Proven ability to lead projects and manage client relationships. • Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools. • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
