Senior Interior Design Project Manager

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Design Project Manager to join our team at Bank OZK. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the interior design project lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion. • Oversee the work of architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design strategies that meet business objectives. • Analyze data and reports to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes. • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. • At least 6 years of experience in interior design or project management, preferably in Property Management, Facilities, or Construction. • 1+ year of leadership experience, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams. • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
