Senior Interior Design Leader

This is an opportunity for a senior level interior designer to join a growing national firm. We are seeking an experienced professional to work in our Glastonbury, CT office. Job Overview We are looking for someone with 15+ years of experience working as an interior designer in the corporate and/or higher education markets. The ideal candidate will have exceptional design capabilities and produce high quality, innovative, functional, and aesthetically driven work. Key Responsibilities • Provide design solutions that align with the firm's core values • Experience with architectural design process and integration of all aspects of interior design • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to lead clients and project teams on all project phases Requirements • Bachelor's degree in interior design with NCIDQ Certification or in architecture with focus on interior architecture/interior design • WELL AP, LEED Certified, preferred but not required Benefits The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the firm and contribute to the growth, development, and success of interiors studio across multiple offices.
