Senior Interior Design Lead - Maxonic

At Maxonic, we're on the lookout for a highly skilled Senior Interior Design Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in creating industry-leading interior components and systems that embody craftsmanship, performance, safety, ergonomics, and functionality. Key Responsibilities: • Create innovative interior components and systems that meet the highest standards of quality and excellence • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and effective execution of interior designs • Work closely with suppliers to guarantee technical excellence and timely delivery of interior components and systems Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as a detail-oriented Interior Components and Systems development lead, with expertise in hard trim, soft trim, IP, door trims, consoles, headliners, and more • Extensive knowledge of automotive interior components and systems industry benchmarks, trends, and supplier competencies • Proven ability to create and improve technical product specifications and timelines to drive accelerated development cycles • Experience with CAD software, particularly CATIA V5/V6, to design 2D/3D concept drawings, interior components and systems, packaging layouts, and DFM studies • Strong background in materials selection, plastic injection molding/DFM, and GD&T We're looking for an individual who shares our passion for innovation and excellence.
